The Mutiny Luxury Suites Hotel

This was our third stay at this property. We love that this is an all suite property. The location is fantastic and easy to get to from our Palm Beach county home, and easy walking to great restaurants and shopping. The waterfront location is wonderful. The valet parking is very helpful as parking situation in this area is challenging. The pool area is very pretty, and relaxing. An onsite restaurant is very convenient with tasty food. We would stay here again. A sidenote is that there are some permanent residence in this hotel, which makes it a bit different than your traditional hotel. There’s no room service that I am aware of but we’ve never really asked about it. Location too many and varied restaurants make room service pretty much unnecessary. You can always order and have things delivered.

The room was spacious for two of us and it has a pleasant view outlook the ocean

The front desk and support staff were friendly and helpful. Several times we asked for additional kitchen and bath products that we had used while we were there, it was never a problem getting any of those items replaced. The parking garage was behind the building with plenty of parking spaces, we were always able to park on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd level and they didn't mind us self-parking. There was always a parking attendant at the hotel entrance, who would remotely open the gate for us. The garage was always open and there was no limitation for entering or leaving the garage. The location was perfect, it was near the center of Coconut Grove with many shops and restaurants. We visited the Fairchild Botanical Gardens and Deering Estate where we went kayaking on Biscayne Bay. Both are a short drive from Coconut Grove and we enjoyed the beautiful large tropical trees shading the road. The Mutiny is a few blocks away from the shopping district so that we did not hear much noise. There are parks directly across the street, near the waterfront. Our balcony had pleasant breezes from the bay with views of the park, bay, marina, boats and islands offshore.

The property was in a beautiful location and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Our suite was clean and comfortable. The parking attendant/valet, reception desk staff and housekeepers were friendly and professional.

Spacious apartment with excellent facilities, great ocean view and comfortable beds. Minutes from many eateries , the Market Fresh , Starbucks and excellent parks and gardens. Older style but clean and comfortable
